Job Description
- Planning & analyzing the Business opportunities
- Designing Marketing Strategy, Branding and Product Promotion & Retailing initiatives for the company and increasing marketing activities through application of Customer Value Management.
- Brand development, building Client network partnership, establishing lasting relationship with Institutional customers, conducting promotions at all levels
- Negotiate all aspects of Client alliance contracts commercial, technical & legal obligations.

- Prepare & conduct Seminars, presentations, documents, BD tool kit, campaign material, mailers, etc.
Job Profile
- MBA Marketing from an Institute of repute
- Presently in Middle & Sr. managerial cadre, team player with experience in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT w/ 6/8 yrs experience
- Strategic Thinking with Tactical implementation skills required
- Should have experience of handling key accounts in TELECOM, FMCG, INSURANCE, ADVERTISEMENT, MEDIA, AGRICULTURE, RETAIL, CONSUMER DURABLES etc. w/ demonstrable accomplishments in G2C, B2C & B2B deal making. Direct primary experience with contract negotiations and licensing agreements an absolute requirement.
- Computer skills/expertise requirement: MS office, MS project (preferably)
- Soft skills requirement : Excellent communication and persuasive skill, lively, high energy and initiative coupled with positive attitude, good presenter, proposal preparation capability, preparation of quality documentation, etc

Job Description
- Tracking and Tracing of Business Intelligence. Give a regular feedback on the business scenario and guide the organization to achieve the targets.

Shared Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management
- Responsible for IT operations of the Data Center, Network and Kiosks
- Manage ongoing development operations
- Manage customer support operations
- Responsible for quality initiatives like ISO 9001:2000, ISO 27001 and CMMI
- Manage partnerships, agreements and memberships
- Proposal preparations and RFP Responses
- Should be well versed with all kinds of documentations and version management
2. Assitant Manager for Data Center Operations and Network – Sahaj/IT/202
- 3-4 yrs experience in handling enterprise servers, linux and networks
- Any Certification from CISCO/Redhat/IBM/HP would be an added advantage
- Responsible for IT operations of the Data Center, Network and Kiosks
- Good Knowledge on Wi-Fi and WiMax
- Support for helpdesk operations
3. Assistant Manager for Technical Helpdesk – Sahaj/IT/203
- 3-4 yrs experience in handling technical helpdesk services
- Able to handle 4-5 helpdesk team members
- Any Certification from CISCO/Redhat/IBM/HP would be an added advantage
- Responsible for IT technical helpdesk operations of the Data Center, Network and Kiosks
- Good Knowledge on Wi-Fi and WiMax
1. Sr. Solutions Manager (Development Operations Management) – Sahaj/IT/301
- 8-10 years Experience in J2EE Development on Oracle stack is a plus
- Should be a coder turned Manager and a good team player
- A good coordinator
- Good Presentation skills
- BE/MCA/MBA from any reputed university
