With over 15 years of experience, this Major from the Indian Army has brought discipline, efficiency, skills and determination to make our dream a success. An Army Officer from the Regiment of Artillery, he has served as the Projects Head - North in one of the largest retail chains before joining us. Major Shrivastava has participated in the famed Operations Vijay and Operation Parakram and has a distinction of serving in Indian Air Force as well as in the Indian Army. A XLRI alumnus with a Post Graduate Certification in Business Management, this Major has what it takes to drive a Project like ours to success. ..

He has worked as Operating head of Optimal Media Solutions - a subsidiary of Bennett, Coleman and Co. A competent and result oriented IAS officer with 11 years of experience in administration, finance, project, planning, coordination & program implementation, evaluation, and monitoring he is actively managing the gigantic responsibility of supervising the function of rural infrastructure of the company. Mr. Jebasingh's unparallel skill and acumen in diverse fields have enriched Sahaj in dealing with issues and problems and facing challenges in such a way that made the organisation's journey more worthwhile.

Colonel from the Indian Army brings with him highly specialized and diversified skills in Operations Management, Inventory Management and Administration. Before joining the Sahaj team, Mishra has developed various Inventory norms, designed and implemented Computerized systems in large industries. In the Indian Army, he has been involved in peace keeping operations in Sri Lanka and UN operations in Somalia.

A seasoned professional with almost 25 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Operational Finance, Budgeting, Fund Sourcing and Management, Administration, Treasury Management, MIS, Team Management and Financial and business Modeling, Vijay is tailor-made to make our project a grand success.

A college topper in graduation and an ex Major in Indian Army Paresh Singhal is a fast learner with excellent analytical skill who has started taking care of the Distribution Network of Sahaj very recently. With a post-graduate degree in general management and sound leadership skills coupled with a huge experience in supply chain management he is the mastermind behind the planning, purchase, and logistics of the company and giving it a new direction in terms of achieving new-fangled goals.

A result oriented professional with over 10 years of experience entailing project management, operations management, delivery and programming functions is currently supervising the connectivity part of the IT department of Sahaj which is the technical lifeline of the company. Accordingly, Raghav is taking care of all the technological intricacies of an institution which is predominantly connectivity based so that Sahaj can operate in a truly Sahaj manner.
