Sanjay Kumar Panigrahi has 28 years of rich and diverse experience in Marketing, Sales, Distribution, New Business Development working across the geographies of the country. He has successfully led Sales and Marketing functions of leading brands like Amul, Pidilite et al. An MBA (Marketing) from IRMA, sanjay is a member of the Board of Governors at HDF School of Management and has been a speaker in many National and International seminars for Amul and Pidilite. He has also been a visiting faculty to many Business Schools.

Bijan Boral CFO
Our Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Bijan Boral possesses a rich and varied experience in the fields of corporate finance and accounts; private equity; budgeting and cost control; MIS; financial management and strategy planning; internal audit; risk assessment and mitigation; systems design and business process re-engineering.
A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Boral has worked across many industry verticals. As the CFO, Bijan Boral now brings to bear his immense financial acumen, expertise and authority on the emerging economy business scenario at Srei Sahaj e-Village Ltd.

A multi-faceted professional with over two decades of rich experience in the Indian Army across Supply Chain Management, administration & HR, facility Management, project management, corporate financial planning and event management. A strategic planner with distinction of spearheading inventory management and logistics operations for “Operation Vijay” and ”Operation Rakshak” in Jammu & Kashmir. An effective communicator and negotiator with proven ability in leading and mentoring employees towards achievement of common goal. He is an alumni of IIM Ahmadabad and Masters in Materials Management..

Major Ashutosh Kumar Shrivastava CMO & Head Operations UP
With over 15 years of experience, this Major from the Indian Army has brought discipline, efficiency, skills and determination to make our dream a success. An Army Officer from the Regiment of Artillery, he has served as the Projects Head - North in one of the largest retail chains before joining us. Major Shrivastava has participated in the famed Operations Vijay and Operation Parakram and has a distinction of serving in Indian Air Force as well as in the Indian Army. A XLRI alumnus with a Post Graduate Certification in Business Management, this Major has what it takes to drive a Project like ours to success. ..

Mr. Sujoy Ghosh - Chief of Business Operation - Chaakri
A cross functional expert having more than two decades of diverse experience, has proven his ability in turning around troubled organizations, reversing negative sales, controlling overheads and consistently exceeding budgeted expectations in terms of sales inputs. A Commerce Graduate with MBA from IIMM, Kolkata, Mr. Ghosh with his tremendous leadership and interpersonal skills, has been actively involved with Brand building, Strategic Planning, productivity enhancement and significant profitability improvement.
Mr. Ghosh as a Profit Centre Head, in his various assignments has successfully delivered large scale critical projects within the budget and timeframe through developing different marketing strategies, product management, Channel Sales for various states nationwide.

Sumanta Pal - SVP - Strategic Marketing
Armed with over 18 years of experience in media and communication businesses, he is a marketing professional with a long stint at The Times Group. He has worked as Operating head of Optimal Media Solutions - a subsidiary of Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd, Business head of Times Group Books, VP and Head of Corporate Strategy of The Times of India Group, All India Brand Manager of The Times of India, VP of Times Syndication Services and General Manager of Times Internet Limited. Sumanta started his career as a journalist in 1990 and worked with Business Standard, India Today Group and Down to Earth, India's only international science and environment magazine.
An Honours graduate from Presidency College, Kolkata Sumanta did his MBA (Marketing) from IMT Ghaziabad. He has also done an Advance Course in Working Capital Management from IIM. His interest areas are rural marketing, Indian classical music and literature.

Manoj Agarwal - VP - Financial Services
This senior level Marketing professional has more than 17 years of rich experience in Insurance, financial services, business development, sales management, investment counseling, MIS and commercial affairs with special focus on Profit Centre Management. With his wide ranging analytical and research skills he conducted proactive opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends / competitor moves thus successfully achieved the market – share metrics and move the business forward. Nepal Chandra Sen VP CRM & G2C Services
Having more than 25 years of outstanding experience as a regular staff in various administrative functions of Govt of Tripura, Mr. Sen started his career way back in the year 1984 as a Deputy. Collector Revenue and moved to the position of Director Project Monitoring. His core competencies are the areas of Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Financial Discipline, Management and Audit, Disaster Management, Legal Affairs, Election, Secretariat Functions and many more. A Masters in Commerce from University of Calcutta Mr. Sen has also successfully delivered his responsibilities as Jt. Secretary, Home, Revenue and Finance for quite a considerable period of time.

Lt. Col. Alok Akhauri Head – Operations - Bihar
With more than 20 years of experience in the largest Logistic echelon of Indian Army Ordnance Corps, this Army professional has immense practical experience in Logistics Support, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Materials Management, Inventory and Warehouse Management and much more. Public Relations, Budgeting, Operations and Security functions have been his forte all through.
Ready to withstand and sail through unpredictable and hectic situations, Alok has played a major role in providing effective logistic support during Operation Parakram. Adept at organizing functions, evolving policies and implementing HR managerial practices, Akhauri is all set to steer Sahaj operations to a runaway success.

With 20 years of experience behind him, this Lt. Colonel from the Indian Army brings with him highly specialized and diversified skills in Operations Management, Inventory Management and Administration. A highly proficient relationship manager with expertise in planning, provision and procurement of machineries and equipments; exceptional skills in utilization of funds and infrastructure; and much more, this IIM (A) and M.Tech has got the grit to set the Sahaj project as an example to one and all.
Before joining the Sahaj team, Mishra has developed various Inventory norms, designed and implemented Computerized systems in large industries. In the Indian Army, he has been involved in peace keeping operations in Sri Lanka and UN operations in Somalia.
