Sanjay Kumar Panigrahi has 28 years of rich and diverse experience in Marketing, Sales, Distribution and New Business Development working across the geographies of the country. He has successfully led Sales and Marketing functions of leading brands like Amul, Pidilite et al. An MBA Marketing from IRMA, Sanjay is a member of the Board of Governors at HDF School of Management and has been a speaker in many National and International seminars for Amul and Pidilite. He has also been a visiting faculty to many Business Schools.

Ms. Meena Chaturvedi - CEO (Public Services and E-Learning)

Ms. Meena Chaturvedi has been a career civil servant as a member of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service. During the twenty three years of her stint with the Government, Ms. Chaturvedi held a number of key assignments in the Central and provincial governments and within the establishment of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. Amongst the important positions occupied by her are that of Accountant General of the state of Uttarakhand, Executive Director, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA), Director (Budget), Ministry of Finance, Government of India, Professor (Economics) at the National Institute of Financial Management, Government of India and Director of Commercial Audit in the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.

Ms. Chaturvedi has led auditing team of a number of International Institutions like United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) in Mexico, United Nations International Research and Training Institute for the Advancement of Women (UN-INSTRAW) at Santo Domingo and International Seabed Authority (ISBA), Jamaica. As Director, Budget, she represented the Government of India in OECD´s Senior Budget Officers Meeting of non-member countries at Bangkok and Singapore and presented the Fiscal Responsibility legislation of Government of India with which she was closely associated right from inception.

Before joining Sahaj, he was associated with companies like - McCann Erickson India, Dabur India Limited, Duca´s Industries Ltd., Godfrey Phillips India Ltd., Rivoli Group - Dubai, and Reliance Communications Ltd.

Umesh holds a MBA Degree in Sales & Marketing from the University of Pune.

He was associated with Pantaloon Retail India Ltd. as Financial Controller-West Zone before joining Sahaj, where he was responsible for commercial control, profitability & process and accounting of all major formats of the company. Satnam Singh has also associated with Reliance Retail as DGM-Commercial where he was responsible for Financial Planning & Reporting. He is well versed with SAP, Excel & Internet and is also conversant with Oracle based consolidation software, accounting package - FACT. Satnam Singh is a Chartered Accountant.

He has lead distribution of products and services verticals at Reliance’s (MDAG) Finance and Dairy Business ; General Insurance Business at ITC’s eChoupal and the rural forays of IFFCO Tokio General Insurance. He started his career with Britannia in Sales. A PGDRM from IRMA, he has a thorough understanding of rural dynamics and has hands on approach to tackling challenges of BoP Marketing.

Armed with over 18 years of experience in media and communication businesses, Sumanta is a marketing professional with a long stint at The Times Group. He has worked as Operating head of Optimal Media Solutions - a subsidiary of Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd, Business head of Times Group Books, VP and Head of Corporate Strategy of The Times of India Group, All India Brand Manager of The Times of India, VP of Times Syndication Services and General Manager of Times Internet Limited. Sumanta started his career as a journalist in 1990 and worked with Business Standard, India Today Group and Down to Earth, India's only international science and environment magazine.
An Honours graduate from Presidency College, Kolkata Sumanta did his MBA (Marketing) from IMT Ghaziabad. He has also done an Advance Course in Working Capital Management from IIM. His interest areas are rural marketing, Indian classical music and literature.

Specialized in HRD from XLRI, Chandrima has done her doctoral level fellowship with a thesis on "Determinants of Organisation and People Related Initiatives in Planning and Executing Strategic Decisions in Indian Organisations". She is a management graduate from IISWBM. Her specific interests are in competency development, learning & development, OD, performance & reward management, talent management etc.

She has worked with industry leaders in various industries. Her last assignment was with Spencer´s Retail Ltd. (RP - SG group) as Head - Business HR & Organisation Effectiveness which was a pan India role to ensure delivery of HR initiatives and services to all employees in various locations. Prior to that, she worked for companies like Exide Industries, IBM Global Process Services, Usha Martin Finance and Srei.

She is a member of professional bodies like CMA, CII, ICC, NHRDN, ISBABS. She has been serving different committees of the above professional bodies. She is the editor of NHRDN Kolkata chapter news letter. Chandrima has been teaching as a visiting faculty is various B schools including ICFAI, IIM-C etc.

Earlier, Dr. Ghatak worked with organizations like the National Cooperative Dairy Federation of India Limited (NCDFI), Anand, Gujarat and the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA) Anand, Gujarat.
