Sanjay Kumar Panigrahi has 28 years of rich and diverse experience in Marketing, Sales, Distribution and New Business Development working across the geographies of the country. He has successfully led Sales and Marketing functions of leading brands like Amul, Pidilite et al. An MBA Marketing from IRMA, Sanjay is a member of the Board of Governors at HDF School of Management and has been a speaker in many National and International seminars for Amul and Pidilite. He has also been a visiting faculty to many Business Schools.

Ms. Meena Chaturvedi has been a career civil servant as a member of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service. During the twenty three years of her stint with the Government, Ms. Chaturvedi held a number of key assignments in the Central and provincial governments and within the establishment of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. Amongst the important positions occupied by her are that of Accountant General of the state of Uttarakhand, Executive Director, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA), Director (Budget), Ministry of Finance, Government of India, Professor (Economics) at the National Institute of Financial Management, Government of India and Director of Commercial Audit in the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.

Ms. Chaturvedi has led auditing team of a number of International Institutions like United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) in Mexico, United Nations International Research and Training Institute for the Advancement of Women (UN-INSTRAW) at Santo Domingo and International Seabed Authority (ISBA), Jamaica. As Director, Budget, she represented the Government of India in OECD´s Senior Budget Officers Meeting of non-member countries at Bangkok and Singapore and presented the Fiscal Responsibility legislation of Government of India with which she was closely associated right from inception.

Umesh Rao carries a professional experience of over 20 years with him in industries like food, tobacco, luxury retail & new age entertainment. He has been involved in the establishment of many successful brands, launching of new products and market research.

Before joining Sahaj, he was associated with companies like - McCann Erickson India, Dabur India Limited, Duca´s Industries Ltd., Godfrey Phillips India Ltd., Rivoli Group - Dubai, and Reliance Communications Ltd.

Umesh holds a MBA Degree in Sales & Marketing from the University of Pune.

After completing Company Secretaryship in the year 2001, Prashant has been associated with companies like Transafe Services Ltd, Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd and India Marine Freight Container Mfg Ltd. Prashant brings with him 11 years of rich experience. He has successfully been performing the role of Company Secretary and Group General Manager (Legal & Corporate Affairs).

Satnam Singh Rehal has a rich experience of 14 years. He was associated with Pantaloon Retail India Ltd. as Financial Controller-West Zone before joining Sahaj, where he was responsible for commercial control, profitability & process and accounting of all major formats of the company. Satnam Singh has also associated with Reliance Retail as DGM-Commercial where he was responsible for Financial Planning & Reporting. He is well versed with SAP, Excel & Internet and is also conversant with Oracle based consolidation software, accounting package - FACT. Satnam Singh is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Patnaik is armed with 17 years of experience spanning Financial Services, FMCG and Rural/Social Consulting. He has lead distribution of products and services verticals at Reliance’s (MDAG) Finance and Dairy Business ; General Insurance Business at ITC’s eChoupal and the rural forays of IFFCO Tokio General Insurance. He started his career with Britannia in Sales. A PGDRM from IRMA, he has a thorough understanding of rural dynamics and has hands on approach to tackling challenges of BoP Marketing.

Armed with over 18 years of experience in media and communication businesses, Sumanta is a marketing professional with a long stint at The Times Group. He has worked as Operating head of Optimal Media Solutions - a subsidiary of Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd, Business head of Times Group Books, VP and Head of Corporate Strategy of The Times of India Group, All India Brand Manager of The Times of India, VP of Times Syndication Services and General Manager of Times Internet Limited. Sumanta started his career as a journalist in 1990 and worked with Business Standard, India Today Group and Down to Earth, India's only international science and environment magazine.
An Honours graduate from Presidency College, Kolkata Sumanta did his MBA (Marketing) from IMT Ghaziabad. He has also done an Advance Course in Working Capital Management from IIM. His interest areas are rural marketing, Indian classical music and literature.

Armed with credentials like Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, USA, Ankur has a rich experience of 18 years. Before joining us, Ankur Basu was associated with mjunction, NIIT Technologies Ltd, Labvantage Solutions Ltd. and IBM. Ankur is a B.E and he has undergone training programs on Theory of Constrant from Goldratt Institute, Six Sigma from Rangini Ranganathan and Tata Business Excellence Model form TISCO. Ankur is also a member of the CIO Forum and the PMP Forum.

B. Com Honors and MBA (Finance) with 22 years of experience in project development and management, fund syndication and project finance evaluation. He has led a Management Consultancy firm for 12 years. A teacher at heart, he has tutored MBA and CA students in his own institution, Megaron Academy for 20 years. He has also been involved with Hydel Power Projects and has acted as a Consultant to a major Shipping company.

Specialized in HRD from XLRI, Chandrima has done her doctoral level fellowship with a thesis on "Determinants of Organisation and People Related Initiatives in Planning and Executing Strategic Decisions in Indian Organisations". She is a management graduate from IISWBM. Her specific interests are in competency development, learning & development, OD, performance & reward management, talent management etc.

She has worked with industry leaders in various industries. Her last assignment was with Spencer´s Retail Ltd. (RP - SG group) as Head - Business HR & Organisation Effectiveness which was a pan India role to ensure delivery of HR initiatives and services to all employees in various locations. Prior to that, she worked for companies like Exide Industries, IBM Global Process Services, Usha Martin Finance and Srei.

She is a member of professional bodies like CMA, CII, ICC, NHRDN, ISBABS. She has been serving different committees of the above professional bodies. She is the editor of NHRDN Kolkata chapter news letter. Chandrima has been teaching as a visiting faculty is various B schools including ICFAI, IIM-C etc.

Paromita is a senior training professional with over 12 years experience in service industry. She has a varied experience in HR, sales, and training. Her core competencies are in training need analysis, content development, team management, setting up training structure, OD interventions and NLP. Paromita is a management graduate from Calcutta University. Her last assignment was with Max New York Life Insurance as Regional Head - Training. She is specialized in OD, NLP, DISC, GTB, Performance Coaching, Talent Management, On boarding and PPM.

Paromita has a good number of certifications like: Certification in Performance Coaching, Certified Master Trainer for Professional Patterns of Management, Kinder Brother International, USA, and Certified by EREHWON on Generative Team Building (GTB) workshop, Six Sigma Certified, Master Trainer for Departmental Infighting and OD interventions and Certified ID professional.

This senior level Marketing professional has more than 17 years of rich experience in Insurance, financial services, business development, sales management, investment counseling, MIS and commercial affairs with special focus on Profit Centre Management. With his wide ranging analytical and research skills he conducted proactive opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends / competitor moves thus successfully achieved the market – share metrics and move the business forward. In his last assignment as VP and Regional Head East with Kay Cee Group of Companies, Manoj has successfully setup the first branch in Kolkata, responsible for achieving the targets of the region. In his tenure as a AVP with SKP Securities Ltd, Kolkata, he was responsible for setting up the entire PCG and Retail Business for Insurance for the Company and training and developing of branches and franchisees across India for Insurance business.

Devarsi is a science graduate and has done his Masters in Business Administration in Finance from ITM, Chennai. He has worked with industry leaders in the financial services sector for about 14 years. His last assignment was with Financial Inclusion Network Organization (FINO) as Head - New Product Development. Prior to that he worked for companies like 3i Infotech, HDFC Bank Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd, Indus Ind Bank.

Having more than 25 years of outstanding experience as a regular staff in various administrative functions of Govt of Tripura, Nepal Chandra Sen started his career way back in the year 1984 as a Deputy. Collector - Revenue and moved to the position of Director - Project Monitoring. His core competencies are the areas of Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Financial Discipline, Management and Audit, Disaster Management, Legal Affairs, Election, Secretariat Functions and many more. A Masters in Commerce from University of Calcutta Nepal Sen has also successfully delivered his responsibilities as Jt. Secretary, Home, Revenue and Finance for quite a considerable period of time.

Mechanical Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra with over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Project Management. A career beginning with Mcnally Bharat Engg. Co. Ltd. saw him as A.G.M. Marketing & Project at the end of a 16 year stint. Worked with Cybernet Infotech Private Limited and Prime Cogen Systems Private Limited as Director. Dr. Ram Narayan Ghatak brings with him rich experience of 17 years in macro policy research, advocacy and banking. Prior to joining Sahaj, Dr. Ghatak was working for ICICI Bank since 2006. His last assignment with the Bank was Head, Research, MIS & Compliance in its Rural and Inclusive Banking group. Earlier, Dr. Ghatak worked with organizations like the National Cooperative Dairy Federation of India Limited (NCDFI), Anand, Gujarat and the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA) Anand, Gujarat. He completed his PhD (Economics) from Sardar Patel University, Gujarat and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IRMA.

Mr. Bimal Kumar Saini is a result oriented top management professional with a managerial experience of 27 years in marketing and sales, corporate image building and planning, profit center management and systems development and implementation. He has been associated with industries like Arex Industries Limited, Toyin, Vadilal Dairy Products and Gujarat Dairy Development Corporation Limited. Veerappan was associated with Zoom Developers Pvt Ltd. as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). He had initiated the E-Governance vertical in Zoom and headed its operation in 9 different states of the country. He has received different national & international awards including the National Industrial Excellence Award from the Association for Economic Growth and Social Development. He is a B.Tech (Degree) from Bombay University. He has undergone trainings in Applications, Crash Management etc.

With more than two decades of experience ranging from IT to administration to security and training, this Lt.Col. has what it takes to implement inventory and logistic management policies. He has been working in many different states across India and has also worked in Nepal. Raman has completed his Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune with specialization in Sales & Distribution.

With 20 years of experience behind him, this Lt. Colonel from the Indian Army brings with him highly specialized and diversified skills in Operations Management, Inventory Management and Administration. A highly proficient relationship manager with expertise in planning, provision and procurement of machineries and equipments; exceptional skills in utilization of funds and infrastructure; and much more, this IIM (A) and M.Tech has got the grit to set the Sahaj project as an example to one and all.

Before joining the Sahaj team, Mishra has developed various Inventory norms, designed and implemented Computerized systems in large industries. In the Indian Army, he has been involved in peace keeping operations in Sri Lanka and UN operations in Somalia.

Before joining Sahaj, Neeraj was associated with Tata Tele Services Ltd., Reliance Industries and ITC Ltd. Neeraj was involved in acquisition of petroleum retail companies for Reliance Industries in Africa. He was part of the overseas strategy building team. Neeraj has completed his PGDBA from Hindu Institute of Management, Sonepat. He has also worked for the National HRD Network as a volunteer for their sixth National conference.
