1. Should have extensive knowledge about the product, he is going to sell and  has to maintain the awareness of the company product  to the customers. He/She should obtain relevant sales techniques to ensure to reach the target
2. He/She should generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual target.
3. He/She should have control towards the VLEs to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
4. He/She should be always in touch with the customers to identify their requirement and address complain/feedback promptly.

• G2C Operations and Sales
• Acquiring new business at District/ Tehsil Level
• Managing a team of G2C Executives of around 10 in the assigned territory
• Handling all promotional activities in the assigned territory.
• Maintaining all G2C data / MIS in the territory.
• Field coordination of G2C Vertical.

8. Support in debt collections.
9. The District Manager would also have to manage and control their manpower and would also be responsible for attrition rate in his district.

6 month -1 year experience in insurance sells preferred .Fresh graduates are also welcomed if they have the aptitude to sell insurance.
