Sahaj VLEs celebrates Independence Day

On the eve of Independence Day, Srei Sahaj organised Independence Day Photo Competition 2010 for Sahaj VLEs across the six mandated states. The VLEs won cash prizes in different categories – Best Photograph (3 winners from each state), Most Innovative Way of Celebration (Single Award), Maximum Participation (Single Award), Best Publicity & Coverage in Local Media (Single Award). Sahaj VLEs from all the six states participated in the competition and showed their intense spirit in doing so. While some VLEs invited school children, NCC cadets, etc. to participate in the competition others arranged a free health check up for senior citizens.
